The fully enclosed heat shrink packaging machine is a new type of packaging machine independently developed and manufactured by our company. The entire machine is precisely manufactured from high-quality steel or stainless steel, featuring a compact and reasonable structure, durability, and significant energy-saving effects. This new type of automatic shrink film packaging machine, with independent intellectual property rights, is widely applicable to the combined packaging of beverages, food, pharmaceuticals, and chemical products. It eliminates the need for trays or cardboard boxes, and can perfectly package items of various shapes, including square, round, and flat, resulting in excellent visual appeal and low packaging costs. This machine adopts a novel and optimized design, utilizing PLC automatic control, human-machine interface tracking, and accurate fiber optic positioning. It ensures consistent packaging, preventing missing or overturned bottles, and offers flexible adjustment, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The adjustable hot air circulation structure is suitable for various existing heat shrink films (including printed films), and film replacement is quick and easy. It features comprehensive fault warnings and safety interlocks, ensuring reliable operation. This provides a solid guarantee for consistent quality, stable and reliable operation, and long-term continuous production.
The bottles or boxes to be packaged are conveyed by the conveying mechanism along the channel formed by the bottle separation mechanism to the bottle stopper. A signal is given by the upper photoelectric sensor, the conveying machine stops, and the stopper retracts to release the stress caused by the conveying and squeezing process. The separator rises, separating the packaging bottles (boxes) from the waiting bottles (boxes). The pushing mechanism moves forward, causing the packaging bottles (boxes) to move along the guide mechanism together with the film to the sealing and cutting position. At the same time, the packaging bottles from the previous cycle, which have already been wrapped with film, are pushed onto the conveyor belt inside the heat shrink equipment. The film feeding mechanism also operates simultaneously. Then, the heat sealing and cutting knife moves downwards to complete the sealing and cutting function. The packaging bottles pushed onto the high-temperature conveyor belt move forward inside the heat shrink equipment while undergoing the heat shrinking process. Finally, after cooling by cold air, they reach the finished product receiving device. The above process is continuously repeated to achieve automated packaging.
