It ensures proper bottle entry, preventing missing or overturned bottles, and offers flexible adjustment, safety, and aesthetic appeal. The adjustable hot air circulation structure is suitable for various existing heat shrink films (including printed films), and film replacement is quick and easy. It includes fault warnings and safety interlocks, ensuring reliable operation. This provides a solid guarantee for consistent quality, stable and reliable operation, and long-term continuous production.
The bottles or boxes to be packaged are conveyed by the conveying mechanism along the channel formed by the bottle separating mechanism to the bottle stopper. The upper photoelectric sensor provides a signal, the conveying mechanism stops, and the stopper retracts to release the stress generated by the conveying and squeezing process. The separator rises, separating the bottles (boxes) being packaged from the waiting bottles (boxes). The pushing mechanism moves forward, causing the bottles (boxes) to move along the guide mechanism together with the film to the sealing and cutting position. At the same time, it pushes the previously packaged bottles with the completed film into the conveyor belt of the heat shrink equipment. The film feeding mechanism also operates simultaneously. Then, the heat sealing and cutting knife moves downwards to complete the sealing and cutting function. The packaged bottles pushed onto the high-temperature conveyor belt move forward in the heat shrink equipment while undergoing the heat shrinking process. Finally, after cooling by cold air, they reach the finished product loading device. The above process is continuously repeated to achieve automated packaging.
